Refunds and Server Funds

Last updated 20 October 2026. We may update this page; the current version is always here with its date. Questions go to the support address.

Server Funds

  • Server Funds are the service's virtual currency, spent in the Guild.
  • Every player earns them each week by playing. Everything they buy can be bought with earned Funds: buying them is optional and pays for the servers and development.
  • Earned Funds are spent before bought ones.
  • They, and everything they buy, are a limited licence to use content in the service, not money or property: they cannot be exchanged for money, sold, or moved to another account, and they have no value outside the service. We may change prices and what they buy.
  • If an account is closed for breaking the terms, or if the service ends, unspent Funds end with it, except where the law where you live says otherwise.

Buying them

  • Packs are bought on this site, on My Tag, by a signed-in account with a confirmed email. A guest account cannot buy.
  • Each purchase is a one-time payment. Nothing renews or charges again.
  • Payments are taken by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe, never to us.
  • The Funds arrive once Stripe confirms the payment, usually within a minute. Stripe emails a receipt to the address entered when paying (so a parent who pays gets it), and every purchase is listed on My Tag under Purchases and receipts with its reference. If the Funds do not arrive, write to support with that reference.
  • If a payment reaches us that we can't add to an account, such as the same order paid twice, it is refunded in full automatically.
  • Prices are shown before you pay, in US dollars.
  • Under 18? Ask a parent or guardian before buying.

Refunds

  • All purchases are final, except as follows. Write to support@dwonline.net within 14 days of a purchase, from the account's confirmed email or the email the payment's receipt went to, naming the order. A purchase whose Funds are all unspent is refunded in full to the original payment method.
  • A purchase that has been partly or wholly spent is not refunded as a rule; write anyway if something went wrong, such as a duplicate charge or Funds that never arrived, and we look at it.
  • A refund removes the Funds that purchase bought. If some of them were already spent, the account's Funds are held, and spending them waits until the purchase is reviewed.
  • A chargeback or payment dispute is treated like a refund, and the account may be suspended while it is open. If the dispute is decided in our favour, the purchase's Funds come back to the account.
  • Nothing here limits refund rights you have under the law where you live.
