MSYS2's source packages for the libraries compiled into the emulator's FFmpeg DLLs

The FFmpeg DLLs (the NuGet package libFFmpeg-lite.lgpl2.native 5.1.3) were cross-compiled with MSYS2's mingw-w64
builds of the libraries below. MSYS2's GNU libiconv 1.17-1, for one, carries MSYS2's own patches
(fix-pointer-buf.patch changes lib/iconv.c), so the upstream tarballs at the top of this archive are not the whole
story. Each package here is MSYS2's source package for that exact release: its build recipe (PKGBUILD), its
patches and the upstream source it builds. The LGPL libraries (LAME, GNU libiconv, shine) are the ones the licence
requires; the permissive ones are included so the whole build can be followed.

Downloaded on 5 October 2026 from https://www2.futureware.at/~nickoe/msys2-mirror/mingw/sources/, a mirror that still serves these releases
(MSYS2's own repository and its listed mirrors no longer do). Each package was checked twice:
- its PKGBUILD equals MSYS2's own recipe for that release (MINGW-packages history);
- every file the PKGBUILD pins by SHA-256 is in the package with that hash.
msys2-receipt.json lists every file in each package with its SHA-256.
